Best known for his cover work, most notably for the contraversial comic series "Rock 'n' Roll Comics" (1989 - 95) where during a 5 year run, illustrated more than 150 covers and stories for the San diego based company. In 1981 he studied art at the University of Wisconsin Parkside while moonlighting as a freelance artist to rock bands and clubs. By the end of the 1st semester, he had already been commisssioned for album covers by the likes of Ronnie Montrose and "Gwar's" producer Ron Goudie. Moving to the west coast, Jackson began specializing in logos, cover art & poster design along with custom artwork for bands including custom guitars, drumheads & backdrops. 20 plus years later, Mr. Jackson has created a multitude of artwork for magazines, comics, books, CD's, games & posters. His art has been featured by Kiss, Megadeth, Pink Flyd, The Electric Hellfire club and many others. Scott currently resides in Chicago, publishing his own comics & magazines as well as founding The Annual Halloween Art Exhibit which host 55 members from around the country.
