Some Things You might Like to Know About Jay Collen

Jay Collen was the last magician personally hired by the late and legendary Jay Marshall, who was then the Dean of the Society of American magicians, to work at the famous Magic, Inc. magic shop on Chicago's North side. Jay can be found at Magic, Inc. on most Saturdays demonstrating magic, and helping magicians at all levels, from beginning hobbyists to full time professionals.

Jay Collen has helped invent and refine a number of magic tricks. His Collen's Karma Cord visibly passes through a spectator's arm. Soon to be released is "Jay's Banana Float" which levitates a miniature banana. Both tricks are available from Magic, Inc., 5082 N. Lincoln avenue, Chicago. 773-334-2855.

Jay Collen was recently seen on WLS news performing the Chinese Linking Rings live for a huge crowd waiting outside Magic, Inc. for the release of the latest Harry Potter novel.
